Green smoothie

Stay hydrated and refreshed in the summer months.

All ingredients are included in the box most weeks, save the Apple/ Pear Juice and Coconut water.

Use the below as a guide to achieve the right combination for a soft-frozen, smooth consistency.

2-3 Frozen Bananas

200ml Apple/Pear Juice

Coconut Water 100ml

1/2 Cucumber

1 Handful Baby Spinach

4-5 Kale Leaves, Stalks removed if to large.

1/2 Avocado

2-3 Ice Cubes

Place  Baby Spinach, Kale, Banana, Cucumber and Avocado in mixing cup/ blender.

Add Juice/ Ice/ Coconut Water.

MIX/BLEND/ENJOY!
